When will I receive my order?

Why isn't my tracking number working?

Please note that it may take up to one week for tracking information to update after you place your order. While your tracking information is updating, you'll see "We're preparing your order" or "Information received." This means your order has been packed and is on its way!


How does the Superbites subscription work?

With the Superbites subscription, you'll receive a new pack of Superbites every 30 days, so you'll never run out of your daily energy fix. Your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel.

Is there a minimum subscription period?

No, the subscription is completely flexible. You can adjust or cancel it at any time, with no minimum term or obligation.


What happens if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, no further deliveries will be made and you won't have to make any further payments. The last package will still be delivered, and you'll still have full access to the products you receive.


Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, you can pause the subscription and resume it at a later date. Just contact us, we'll be happy to help!


How can I adjust my subscription (e.g., change the quantity or delivery date)?

How does subscription payment work?

Payment is automatically processed with each subscription cycle (every 30 days). You'll receive an invoice via email, which you can review if needed.


My order is considered delivered, but I haven't received it?

Please note that tracking information is sometimes updated before the order is physically delivered. We ask that you wait a maximum of 3 days after your order is marked as delivered until you physically receive it. You can contact us at any time if you have any questions about the status of your order.


Can I change my order address?

Once your order has been placed, changes are no longer possible. However, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
