Important information regarding Klarna and PayPal cases and returns

Pre-orders cannot be canceled.
Cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of ordering and incur a fee of 18% of the sales price (transaction and processing fees).

Damage caused during transport entitles the customer to exercise the right of withdrawal.

In the event of a violation of our General Terms and Conditions (GTC), collection fees and, if applicable, legal costs may be charged to the customer.

Important note:
Opening a PayPal case or a Klarna dispute without prior contact with our customer service and without a reasonable waiting period may result in legal consequences. Customers who do so risk claims for damages of up to €2,000.

Dispute resolution deadline:
Customers have the opportunity to resolve a case with us within 7 days. If an agreement is reached within this period, no collection fees will be charged. A 100% satisfactory resolution is guaranteed for every closed case.
